My boyfriend and I felt welcomed from the moment we arrived at the Budget Inn. The staff treated us with kindness and respect, making us feel right at home. We loved that the hotel is pet friendly, which is a significant plus for us. They were quick to get us extra pillows when we asked, which made our stay a bit cozier. However, the room could use some updates. The bathroom had signs of neglect, and we noticed it didn’t feel very clean upon entering. The Wi-Fi was not functioning well, making it hard to connect, and we had some issues with the water pressure in the shower. We had to ask for extra towels but only received one per person every couple of days. Overall, while the hospitality was commendable, the room conditions left much to be desired. If you're looking to stay here, consider it more for the friendly service than the accommodation quality.

What a disappointing experience! Our room was dirty, with exposed wiring and a bed that made us itch. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The only thing we appreciated was the free Wi-Fi, but it barely worked. Consider staying elsewhere for a clean, comfortable stay!

I stayed in the King Room, Non-Smoking for 4 nights. The room was spacious, which was nice, but it smelled kind of musty, like it hadn't been aired out. There weren't any curtains, just mini blinds, so I felt a bit exposed at night. The bed was decent, but not the comfiest. I appreciated that the location was close to restaurants and other spots, which made it easy to explore Fairmont.

Free Wi-Fi was decent. the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The bathroom cleanliness wasn't great.

Solo traveler decent experience

The front desk staff showed genuine care , I appreciate that. Plus, they did help me with extra towels when I needed, so that made things easier.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable for what I experienced.
